- Service-related data: Audio files you upload, text messages you write, email address of the recipient of your "Soundgift".
- Transaction data: Information related to payment (date, amount, transaction number). Your full banking information is never in our possession and is processed by our secure payment provider (Stripe).
- Connection and navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of connection.
- Communication data: Content of messages exchanged with our customer support.

ARTICLE 4: RETENTION PERIOD

- Your customer account data: For the entire duration of your contractual relationship, then archived for a period of 3 years after your last activity.
- Billing data: 10 years, in accordance with legal accounting obligations.
- Navigation data (cookies): 13 months maximum from their deposit on your terminal.

Your personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be transferred to our subcontractors for technical reasons (hosting provider, payment provider, emailing tool) as well as to competent authorities upon request.
